Darlington Raceway The “Lady In Black”
Darlington Raceway, the track “Too Tough to Tame,”

  • May 6, 7, 8, 9, 2010 - Night Races
    Departure from the Pittsburgh area will be at 6:00 am Thursday May 6th.  We will stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Camden, SC.  There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel.  Friday May 7th we will go to the track for the Nationwide Night Race and souvenir shopping.  (Nationwide tickets can be purchased by phone or at the track).  Saturday May 8th  we will attend the Sprint Cup Night Race. 

    Package includes:
    Round trip luxury motor coach transportation, 3 night’s accommodations, 3 breakfast buffets, Saturday race ticket (top price seating, in the Pearson Tower).  A tailgate picnic will be provided prior to the Saturday race.  We will depart for home at Sunday May 9th.  Departure time to be determined

  • Lowes Motor Speedway (Charlotte)
    NASCAR Hall of Fame, Dale Earnhardt Tribute Center and Race Shop Tours
    Lowe’s Motor Speedway is the “Mecca of Motorsports”.  Join us for this NASCAR Coca Cola 600 Memorial Day weekend.

    • May 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 2010 - Memorial Day Weekend - Night Races
      Departure from the Pittsburgh area will be at 7:00 am Thursday May 27th. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn, Salisbury, NC.  This year on Friday May 28th  we will visit the new NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, a 40,000 square foot exhibit space showcasing the history and heritage of  NASCAR.  We will take a box lunch with us on the bus to enjoy on our way to tour the race shops of Hendrick’s Motorsports, Roush-Fenway Racing, and Earnhardt-Ganassi.  Saturday May 29th we will head for Kannapolis, Dale Earnhardt’s hometown, for a driving tour of his boyhood home and to visit his tribute center.  Next we will have a reception at the Curb Motorsports and Museum and meet Martha Earnhardt, Dale’s mother.  We will finish the morning with a Southern Style Lunch at Village ParkWe will return to the hotel to freshen up, then on to the race track for the Nationwide Night Race and souvenir shopping.  (Nationwide tickets can be purchased by phone or at the track).  Sunday May 30th  we will head to the track for the Sprint Cup Coca Cola 600 Night Race.

      Package includes: Round trip luxury motor coach transportation, 4 night’s accommodations, 4 full hot breakfast buffets, escorted tours described above, Sunday pre-race tailgate picnic, and Sunday race ticket (top price seating, Ford Grandstand, individual stadium seats).  We will depart for home at on Monday May 31st.  Departure time to be determined.

    Dover Downs Speedway
    Dover Downs International Speedway the "Monster Mile" is a one mile oval with 24 degree banking and is the most popular race track in the Northeast.

      Departure from the Pittsburgh area will be at 4:00 pm Friday September 24th , we will be staying at the Inn at Wilmington (a newly renovated Boutique Style Hotel) for the evening.  There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel (TGI Friday’s, Lone Star, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, and Famous Dave’s).  On Saturday September 25th we will go to the track for the Nationwide race and souvenir shopping.  (Nationwide tickets can be purchased by phone or at the track).  Sunday September 26th we will attend the SPRINT Cup Race.

      Package includes: Round trip luxury motor coach transportation, 3 night’s accommodations, 3 full hot breakfast buffets and Sunday race ticket (top price seating).  Box lunches will be provided prior to the Sunday race.  We will depart for home at 10:00 am, Monday September 27th.

      $525.00 per person - double occupancy.
      $675.00 single occupancy.

    Martinsville Speedway
    Martinsville, the ½ mile “drivers track” has 800 foot straight’s, short, tight turns banked only 12 degrees, has been called "two drag strips with short turns".  Join us for some short track excitement.

      Departure from the Pittsburgh area will be at 10:00 am Friday October 22nd.  We will stay at the Holiday Inn Tanglewood, Roanoke, Virginia.  There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel.  Saturday October 23rd we will go to the track for the Camping World Truck Race and souvenir shopping. (race tickets can be purchased at the track.)  Sunday October 24th we will attend the SPRINT Cup Race, (top price front stretch seating). 

      Package includes: Round trip luxury motor coach transportation, 3 night’s accommodations, 3 full hot breakfast buffets and Sunday race ticket (top price seating).  We will depart for home at 10:00 am, Monday October 25th.

      $500.00 per person - double occupancy.
      $650.00 single occupancy.
       

      $400.00 per person - triple occupancy.
      $300.00 per person - quad occupancy.



    All morning departures from the New Kensington boarding area include coffee, donuts, & muffins. Plenty of snacks will be available on all buses.

    Payment: We require a $50.00 deposit per person per reservation. Deposits are refundable 60 days prior to the race, (reservations cannot be held without a deposit). Balance is due 45 days prior to the race. After the balance is paid, there is no refund unless we can resell your package.

    Responsibility: RAN group RACING acts only as an agent, and is not responsible for any negligence, act, error, omission, injury to person or property loss, inconvenience, accident, delay, irregularity or any event which may occur through or by reason of negligence, defect or default of any company, hotel, person, sightseeing company and/or their employees, servants, subcontractors of facilities engaged in providing any of the services, accommodations or facilities in connection with these charters. We are not responsible for any delay, rescheduling, or cancellation of the race due to weather or other unforeseen conditions.
